Among the most commonly cited reasons for returns is discomfort. Many users have reported experiencing headaches and motion sickness while wearing the headset. The weight of the device, particularly its front-loaded design, has been a significant complaint. Some users have even reported physical discomfort, with one individual attributing a burst blood vessel in their eye to prolonged use of the device.

The issue of comfort extends beyond physical discomfort to concerns about productivity. Some users have expressed disappointment with the device’s limited functionality relative to its high price point. For tasks such as coding or productivity applications, users have found the Vision Pro lacking in comparison to traditional input methods.

While this vocal subset of early adopters may not represent the entire user base, their feedback provides valuable insights into the challenges faced by Apple in scaling wearable technology for the mass market.
